Blame This On A Woman

Men who do not shave every day are three times more likely to suffer a stroke than men who shave daily, according to a 20-year-long study published by Bristol University in England a couple of years ago.

The heightened risk had nothing to do with hair, but rather demographics. The researchers found that hirsute males were more likely to smoke, be unmarried and do manual labor.

But even adjusting for these factors, seldom-shavers were 70 percent more likely to suffer strokes or die prematurely from any cause.
