Belly Fat, how to really get rid of it

To burn belly fat faster, speed up your workout.

In a Duke University study, two groups of people exercised and a third stayed sedentary.

The couch potatoes' abdominal fat grew while those who walked at an easy pace for 30 minutes, five days a week maintained.

But those who cranked up the intensity and walked briskly on hills for the same amount of time shrank waistlines and belly fat by 7 percent.
