How our service works

We are not able to give any growing advice.


• Seeds are sold as novelty items, and or collectibles.
• Possession of seeds is legal or unenforced in many countries.
• Be informed before you purchase.
• Any growing information given, or that is on our site, is for medical exemptee's and or educational purposes only.
• We have no authority to ask your medical status, so we assume anyone growing seeds, are doing so legally.
• By purchasing, you are indicating that you have reached the age of majority where you live, and are aware of your local laws.
• You also waive any liability towards CANADA INC, Hemp Depot, or myself if you act outside your laws.
• We are not trying to persuade any one to break the law.
• We try and encourage as many people, to support their local medical and legalization initiatives.
• The majority of Canadians favor legalization.
• The waste of police resources on non violent crimes, namely drug offenses, will no longer be tolerated by Canadian taxpayers.

Seeds are illegal in many countries.


• If you are ordering from these countries, be reminded that orders can be confiscated in the mail.
• This is the chance that YOU the CUSTOMER takes, when making an order.
• We can not be held responsible, for confiscation, damage or loss.
• In the event of confiscation, damage or loss, we want to be notified, though your complaint is with the post office or your customs.
• Be sure to keep an eye on our Returned Letters page, in the event that your order is returned to us. It can take up to 6 weeks to be returned.
• In the event of poor germination (medical exempted), we want to be notified, though your complaint is with the breeder or original seed maker.
• With your help, we will drop any poor performers.

Our Responsibilities,


• Pack the proper product, or your selected substitutions, in a safe and secure way.
• Use the correct mailing address, you have supplied us.
• Proper postage.
• Put your order in the hands of the shipper, completing our service.
• We are not responsible for loss in the mail, or poor germination rates on seeds we do not make.
• When we do decide to make our own seed lines, they will be guaranteed to germinate.

Your Responsibilities,


• Make sure your payment is in full, including all shipping, and taxes (if applicable).
• Proper postage, and address on the letter you send us.
• Make sure your payment can be cashed in Canada.
• Money orders are to be made payable to 6200672 CANADA INC
• Please type, or print clearly, the return delivery address.
• Include an e-mail address for order confirmation (optional).

Please Note: Once we put your order in the hands of the shipper, we have finished our service!

Order delivery problems,
Here is a list of some of the things that could happen to your order:


• You have put the wrong mailing address on the letter you send us.
• The return address on the envelope is false, no return of the above letter
• You have told all your friends and neighbors that you have ordered seeds, they can't wait till they hit your mailbox.
• The mailman delivers the letter to the wrong place (may be returned).
• The mailman decides not to mail your letter.
• The mailman throws out your letter.
• The mailman decides to keep your letter.
• The post office staff put the letter in the wrong PO Box.
• The post office staff decides not to mail your letter.
• The post office staff throws out your letter.
• The post office staff decides to keep your letter.
• Customs confiscates your order going to you.

Now if your letter does reach us, I mail out your order, start at the top again.

Germination


• For Canadian medical marijuana patients only,
• all others should consult there local laws.
• We do not advise germinating these seeds if you are not medically approved.
