Comedy Face Masks

 

Watercress Aioli

A delicious spread and/or sauce depending on how you like it

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  • 1 bunch watercress (arugula may be substituted)
  • 1 green onion, cut in quarters
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Serrano chile
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch white pepper

Wash watercress and green onion. It's OK to have some stems in the watercress, but remove any that are too woody.

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Serve as a dipping sauce with French fries.
