Comedy Face Masks

 

Lobster Ceviche

Makes 6 appetizer servings

  • 2 spiny lobsters (11/2 pounds each)
  • 2 tomatillos, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, washed, dried and chopped
  • 2 Serrano chiles, diced
  • 6 limes, juiced
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips

 

 

Boil lobsters in salted water with lemon juice added for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and soak lobsters in ice-cold water with salt and lemon juice added for 15 minutes. Dice cooled lobster into chunks and add to a mixing bowl. Mix with the other ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
