Comedy Face Masks

 

Chicken Piquant

6 servings

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rosé wine

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish, overlapping if necessary. Drizzle the soy sauce and olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle with the garlic, ginger, oregano and brown sugar. Drizzle the wine over everything, moistening the brown sugar as you go (you can add more wine if necessary).

Cover the dish with foil and bake about 1 hour, until chicken breasts are cooked through.

Per serving: 359 calories (32 percent from fat), 53 g protein, 4 g carbohydrates, trace fiber, 12 g fat (2 g saturated), 132 mg cholesterol, 835 mg sodium.
