Tropical Salsa

Makes 5 cups

• 1/4 of a pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
• 1 mango, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped fine
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped fine
• 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped fine
• 1 jalapeño, seeded, deveined and minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tomato, chopped
• 2 limes, juiced
• 3/4 cup minced cilantro leaves
• 1 tablespoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Toss and serve with grilled fish.
