Comedy Face Masks

 

Strawberry Yogurt Dressing (great with Bits of Fruit)

Makes about 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 cup fat-free strawberry yogurt (see note)
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest, optional
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, breakfast-style or fresh

Pour the yogurt into a small mixing bowl. Add the grated zest, if using, and the orange juice. Stir until well combined. Spoon over fruit salad, or refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 24 hours.

Note: This dressing can be made with any fruit-flavored yogurt that you happen to like.

Start to finish: 3 minutes

Per tablespoon: 10 calories (trace amount from fat), trace amount cholesterol, 1 g protein, 2 g carbohydrates, trace amount dietary fiber, 9 mg sodium.
