Comedy Face Masks

 

Peppermint Ice Cream Soda

4 servings

  • 3/4 cup hard peppermint candies
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups club soda (room temperature)
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 scoops chocolate ice cream

Combine the candies and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Stirring regularly, cook over low heat until the candies are completely dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool for 5 minutes.

Mix the syrup with the club soda. Place a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate ice cream in each of four tall glasses. Pour the soda mixture over the ice cream and serve immediately with straws.
