Comedy Face Masks

 

Ramos House Bloody Mary

4 to 6 servings

  • 1 liter Clamato juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Mexican hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon, blanched
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1-1/4 cups vodka or soju Korean vodka
  • 4 to 6 crab claws, for garnish
  • 4 to 6 sprigs basil

Place the Clamato, horseradish, hot sauce, pepper Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and olives in a blender and puree. Season to taste with salt. Fill a glass with ice and add desired amount of vodka or soju.

Top off with Bloody Mary mixture. Garnish with crab claws and basil sprigs.

Note: The Ramos House Cafe also garnishes its Bloody Mary with pickled green beans.
