Lemon Grass Tea

1 serving

• 1 stalk lemon grass, cleaned and cut into half-inch pieces
• 2 to 3 cups water

Place lemon grass into a teapot. Boil water and pour over the lemon grass. Allow to steep for several minutes. Pour and enjoy hot or serve over ice. Use more lemon grass or less water to taste.
