Comedy Face Masks

 

Quick Chocolate Mousse

Makes 8 to 10 servings

  • 14 ounces canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding-pie filling mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup finely grated bittersweet chocolate

Combine all of the ingredients, except the whipping cream and grated chocolate, in a bowl. Beat until well blended. Transfer to a large bowl and chill 5 minutes.

With an electric mixer, beat whipping cream in a chilled bowl until peaks forms. A dollop at a time, fold whipping cream into chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into individual serving dishes and chill for 1 hour. Mousse is best if eaten within 8 hours of being made. Just before serving, sprinkle the grated chocolate over each serving.
