It's Holiday Time Again...

Well, it's time for our annual family get together. This year we're having a "green," ecologically sound holiday.

Our first course will be Consommé of Snail Darter, garnished with lightly sauteed Spotted owls. We're not going to serve the traditional Swan even though it's so much fun to watch the kids fight over the neck. Mom is roasting a California Condor (the wings are just yummy!) The bird will be stuffed with Baby Gray Seal sausage. No vegetables -- we refuse to eat our food's food.
