"How do you have Multiple Orgasms?"
I want to experience multiple orgasms! How do I do it?
Multiple orgasms are just like regular orgasms, except the former keeps on coming directly
after the initial climax. How can you achieve this? Instead of relaxing after orgasmic bliss,
you (or your partner) begin foreplay all over again. Of course, some women are supersensitive
right after an orgasm, and touching the clitoris too directly or forcefully could cause more
pain than pleasure. But with gentle, indirect stroking, excitement can rebuild rapidly, since
your body hasn't had a chance to return to its unaroused state.
When a woman gets excited, blood flows into the vulva area, and the pressure of that blood on
nerve endings is part of what makes for exquisite sexual tension. This blood stays in the woman's
genital area even after she has had an orgasm, and, as a result, it's not that hard to quickly
reignite her fire. (In contrast, the blood in a man's penis quickly flows back out of the shaft
after an orgasm, so the penis needs time before it can become erect again.) If you start gently
stroking the area (or enjoying oral sex) within minutes after your first orgasm, you'll be
surprised at how quickly another climax can be brought on. With a little finesse, this process
can be repeated three or four times! That's all there is to it! Just keep doing whatever you
do to bring yourself to orgasm. You may find that your second (or third or fourth) orgasm is
even more brilliant than the first!
Once you've mastered the art of multiple orgasms, why not take the pleasure up a notch,
tantric-style? (Tantra is an Indian philosophy that brings mind and body together.) You
may or may not be interested in the spiritual side of tantra, but you'll probably find
reading about the chakras (energy and spiritual centers in the body) useful for understanding
how your entire body (not just your genitals) can be engaged for great sexual experiences.
The tantric way brings about multiple — and more intense — orgasms by helping you coordinate
your body's energy with that of your partner's body. For example, there are synchronized
breathing exercises that show you how to make love with your hearts beating as one. The key
to tantric-induced multiple orgasms is rebuilding muscle tension not only in your genital
area (the muscle you use to stop a stream of urine when you have to go to the bathroom)
but all over your body. The stronger your muscles, the stronger and longer the orgasm.
All in all, if you want to have numerous orgasms, you ought to be able to do it. However,
don't be so hell-bent on achieving multiple pleasure that sex becomes work rather than play.
After all, sometimes you just want to sink into each other's arms and not go for the gold
in Olympic-marathon sex.
