Cleaning up

You don't have to feel guilty about hiring a cleaning service. Bacteria in household dust produces chemicals, called endotoxin, that can trigger asthma, according to a study from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. The highest concentrations of endotoxin were found in dust from kitchen and living room floors. Reducing clutter and vacuuming twice a week is recommended.
