Reducing Diabetes

If there ever was a “magic pill” or “silver bullet,” it is the exercise-proper diet combination. A National Institutes of Health study found that men and women, 60 years of age and older, who follow a low-fat meal plan and get at least 30 minutes of exercise five days each week, can reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 71 percent.
