Simple Explanation of the Harmonic Equation

I have been trying to figure out for a very long time the best way to describe the theory and concept of the harmonic equation but it wasn't coming to me due to the complexity of the equation and my lack of brain power.

After serious time and effort to breakdown the equation into simplistic logic I finally realized that I was a visual learner and I could finally understand the harmonic concept best by visual concepts - so I turned on the side of my brain that has the predominate visual function and I was amazed that such a complex harmonic equation was so simple when broken down into something that I can relate to and. I FINALLY GOT IT!
